Becoming a member or signing up with BigOnAttitude.com allows us to contact you if there is a problem with your order, and it allows you to view your order status online. Can I change my order after I have totaled my sale? Yes, you can hit the "Shopping Cart" link at the top menu and add or delete items before you finalize your sale. Just make sure you only click the "Submit" button once! This will avoid any duplicate charges. top^ . What happens if a product is cancelled on my order? The bad news is that if an item is cancelled from your order, it means the item is sold out. The good news is that you are only billed for merchandise that has shipped! Since we don't backorder items, keep checking the site often, especially since we add new items regularly. top^ . Can I backorder an item that is currently unavailable? Due to the rate at which items sell out and are replaced by new merchandise, we do not place backorders for items. top^ . How do I track my orders? Upon successful payment for your order, we will send you a confirmation as well as a unique tracking number for detailed results of your shipment. Please note that Big On Attitude does not guarantee tracking facilities in all countries. We will not be responsible for items damaged or lost through mail as due care would have been taken to package the item before shipping and we always send out all mail with tracking. top^ . What do you do if an item is out of stock? Do you restock? Depending on demand and availability, we will try our best to restock items that are sold out. If you choose to ship using standard mail, it takes approximately 7 - 21 business days to reach your address. Express Shipping takes approximately 3 - 5 business days. For our customers in Singapore, items will take approximately 1 - 3 days to reach you. Your package will be mailed within 3 working days upon receipt of payment. We do not mail on Saturdays. top^ . top^ . How do I measure myself? Where to Measure Yourself Chest: Measure around your chest under your arms, above your bust. Round up or down to the nearest inch. Bust: Measure completely around your bust at the fullest point. Round up or down to the nearest inch. Waist: Measure around your waist at its narrowest point. top^ . What are the measurements provided for each individual piece of clothing for? The figures are the exact measurement of each item laid flat and across, not the body measurement. The measurements on each individual item page indicates the actual measurements of the top/dress/bottom laid flat so you can use them to compare to your own apparel (by measuring your own clothing end to end laid flat in inches). The size chart indicates actual body measurements. We take great lengths in measuring every piece that is in our store in various sizes. Our customers have found this helpful in choosing the right size for them. top^ . How to measure our garments laid flat?
