Order Policies

Orders, once submitted are final and any additional items may not be added to the current order as it will be considered as a separate new order. Orders cannot be cancelled after submission even if BigOnAttitude.com's acceptance or rejection of the order is still pending.

For customers who have opted for bank transfer as a payment method, please take note that orders will be automatically cancelled in the event that payment is not made within 3 working days after having received email confirmation of the order, with our payment information.

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return something? As an online business, we aim to provide a Returns service that is totally hassle-free for you.

* Incorrect Item Received

1. You may opt for a full refund of your purchase including the mailing costs of returning the wrong item back to us, when we have received the return of the wrongful item.

2. Alternatively, you may have the original item mailed to you at no extra charge after the wrongful item has been returned and received by Big On Attitude.

* Defective Garments

1. You can opt for a one-to-one exchange.

2. In the case of returned item being out of stock, Big On Attitude will issue you with an e-coupon* to the value of the original item excluding mailing costs to claim for another item on this site.

* The exchange e-coupon must be strictly used within 14 days from the date of issue. No date extension is allowed and we are unable to re-issue another e-coupon upon expiry.

* Change Of Mind (cannot fit / design not as expected *)

Big On Attitude has a no-questions asked return policy in this case.

1. You can opt for a one-to-one exchange for another size if available.

2. Alternatively, we will issue you with an e-coupon** to the value of the original item excluding mailing costs to claim for another item on this site, upon receipt of your return(s).

* Applicable only for items that have been highly misrepresented. We do not accept returns for items that require minor sewing repair.

** The exchange e-coupon must be strictly used within 14 days from the date of issue. No date extension is allowed and we are unable to re-issue another e-coupon upon expiry.

How to File a Return?

1. Please save the invoices sent with your package as this is your receipt.

2. We do not accept returns of garments that have been washed or worn. Original tags on the garments must still be present. All goods will be inspected on return.

3. Big On Attitude.com must receive the return within 7 days for Singapore orders or 30 days for international orders in pristine and in its original condition. In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition. All goods will be inspected on return and any item in unsuitable condition will be sent back to you.

4. Instructions on returns are given after a claim has been filed. Please contact Big On Attitude regarding an exchange within 2 days of receipt of item(s).

5. Reimbursements are given in the form of redelivery only. Redelivery is subjected to product availability. In the case of returned item being out of stock, Big On Attitude will issue you with an e-coupon to claim for an item as mentioned above.

6. No reimbursements will be given for shipping charges that occur during return/exchange.

7. Original shipping cost is not reimbursed on returns/exchanges unless otherwise stated.

8. Due to health reasons, sleepwear, intimates, shape wear and body suits are excluded from this policy.

9. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in error.

10. We recommend you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning or obtain proof of posting.

11. Please note it is very important that when you return an item, we know the order number it relates to, your details and whether you want a refund or an exchange. Without these details we won't be able to take the action you want us to.

It can take up to 7 days (Singapore orders) or 30 days (international orders) for us to receive your return, depending on which postal service you use. However once we receive them, we will inspect and process the goods within 24 hours to ensure you receive what you want as quickly as possible.

So you are kept informed, we will send you an email confirming the action we have taken, as soon as we are confident the goods are in their original condition.
